Physical and Biomechanical Assessment

This starts with physical testing mobility, stability, balance, strength and power, combined with swing analysis, and culminates with an exercise program that is custom made for you and your swing.

Short Stretch Program - A simple stretching and stability program to be carried out on a regular basis

Full Training Plan - A training plan designed for a 6 week period that is custom made for the time of the playing season, personal development level, and is adaptive to cover flexibility, stability, balance, strength and power where appropriate.

Personal Training

While the exercises program can be adapted for use at home or the gym, the most benefit comes from personal training sessions with Andy. He'll push you hard, and ensure you'll use the right technique and get the best from every exercise.
