Futures Golf Academy

Andy has joined three of the leading coaches in the county, Steve Cardy, Gary Pike and David March, to form the leading junior academy in Essex.

Three of the leading coaches in Europe have joined forces and developed a complete under 14 coaching programme for Junior Golfers using principles and skills honed whilst working and developing junior golfers from the age of ten, through to becoming International players representing their country in major events and playing on the European Tour.

The home of the Futures Junior Golf Academy is Regiment Way, where we have all the facilities required for long and short game development, and undercover facilities for those inclement weather days so the training can continue. There is also an attractive nine hole golf course for challenge matches and order of merit events.

The coaching will take place on two Saturdays every month and will be full days, giving the Futures golfer a feel for how the top players train and develop, The full day will give them the best chance possible to attain their goals, whether it is to play on the European Tour, Ladies European Tour, International or County selection. It is all about training for the future.

The Futures Junior Golf Program will develop the player in all of the areas required.

  • Technical swing instruction and training using up to date computer technology
  • Technical putting training
  • Technical short game
  • Auxiliary coaching, mind, game, pre shot management
  • Skills challenges
  • Tournaments and order of merit
